Description
Developed for the Horizon 2020 Infore project, the Maritime Situational Awareness (MSA) application is a platform for monitoring and
forecasting events in the maritime environment, illegal activities and possible threats, using interactive extreme-scale analytics and
forecasting software.
Users are able to monitor and track in real time vessels and maritime events across the relevant sea area of interest on the map. Intuitive visualizations for the event provide an easy way for the users to inspect and analyze all the occuring events like vessels proximity, illegal fishing, bunkering and more.
Platform was tested and used in real sea conditions from CMRE institute of NATO in La Spezia, Italy.
